The Kojiro AKAGI Foundation places the life and work of the artist Kojiro Akagi within the cultural heritage. Its primary purpose is to promote the artist’s extraordinary works on a larger scale and to help preserve the memory of Paris as seen through the eyes of the Japanese painter. It is also dedicated to highlighting Japanese and French art and culture in the capital. Our objective today is to pursue this ambition, and to encourage artistic experimentation, by showcasing Japanese artists in Paris in line with Kojiro AKAGI’s vision.
“We would like to thank you for your continued support. At the Kojiro AKAGI Foundation, we have welcomed a new employee and our entire team has begun this year with a renewed spirit.”
We look forward to your support for the future development of the Kojiro AKAGI Foundation, and as Kojiro AKAGI and I have been saying for the last fifteen years, “The Show Must Go On”.”
Jean-Luc Masson, Chairman of the Kojiro AKAGI Foundation,
Jean-Eloi Penicaut, Vice-Chairman.
